True thought leaders must be brave, committed and prepared to learn from their mistakes. They must show tenacity in the face of adversity. But above all, to demonstrate they are listening and learning. Thought leadership is not something to be bought off the shelf. It is neither a quick fix, nor a single piece of research and especially it is not a quick and dirty poll.
